The Driver​

To provide building tenants and members with the utmost flexibility in their physical workspace, MUST recognised the need to partner with a flex operator. Partnering with Flex by JLL allowed MUST to deliver both a coworking space and an enterprise flex suite solution, empowering them to retain control over the space, user experience, tenants, and revenue.

The Solution​

  • Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust (“MUST”) partnered with the Flex by JLL Team to design, build and operate ~15,407 sq. ft. of flexible workspace at 500 Plaza Drive in Secaucus.

  • The Flex by JLL Team will work with MUST to create a brand name that is owned by MUST and speaks to the uniqueness of 500 Plaza Drive.

  • Drawing upon their extensive history of collaboration in facility management, capital markets brokerage, leasing and development services, MUST has entrusted Flex by JLL with the responsibility of driving incremental returns for 500 Plaza Drive. Rather than opting for traditional lease spaces, the focus is on leveraging coworking to maximise profitability and create additional value for the property.
