The Driver​

When coworking operator Victory Offices unexpectedly entered administration, South Haven Group found themselves in a situation where the flex space was returned, voiding their lease, while still 50% occupied. After attempting to manage the space independently for a few months, the owner appointed the CIVIS team to seamlessly and swiftly take over the management. The goal was clear: optimise and maximise profitability of the space.

The Solution​

  • South Haven Group partnered with CIVIS to operate ~1,019 sqm of white-labelled flexible workspaces on Level 5 of 73 Northbourne Avenue.

  • The primary objective was not only to fill the space, but to also swiftly assume management and retain existing customers, given the 50% occupancy rate at the time. Since key customers were beginning to leave, a quick transition allowing the CIVIS on-site team to focus on customer retention was prioritised.

  • The CIVIS Team worked with the South Haven team to refresh and relaunch their existing brand name “Haven Workspaces” that is owned by South Haven Group with aspirations to use it across their growing portfolio.
