The Driver​

PAG engaged CIVIS to deliver two floors of coworking space that also services the building’s spec suites, creating a hotel-like asset with flexible amenities for all tenants and coworking members. JLL Flex’s expertise helped differentiate this non-CBD Auckland asset through enhanced flexibility and comprehensive services.

The Solution​

  • PAG partnered with JLL Flex to design and operate ~1,500 square metres of flexible workspace across 2 floors, plus ground floor concierge and amenities.

  • The owner developed the “Mosaic” brand to create a destination experience that differentiates the asset in Auckland’s non-CBD market.

  • Mosaic includes flexible private offices, meeting rooms and open plan desks, as well as unique amenity offerings such as a golf simulator and comprehensive concierge services.

  • PAG maintains full ownership with JLL Flex engaged under a management agreement, ensuring seamless integration between coworking operations and the building’s spec suites to deliver a truly connected asset experience.

  • The JLL Flex solution enables PAG to offer hotel-like flexibility and services that attract both traditional tenants and coworking members through an integrated approach to workspace and amenities.
